After all, when you combine Chris’s boundless energy and imaginative mind with Sue’s down-to-earth care and straightforward dedication, it seems that these two would have their differences. But as Chris and Sue themselves will tell you – as well as anyone who knows this odd pairing - their differences in the way they approach life create the perfect blend when it comes to business.

The first time you meet Chris, it might astonish you just how energetic he is. Always moving - and thinking - at a mile a minute, Chris has never been content to simply sit back and rest on his laurels. Outgoing, friendly, and always full of ideas – Chris has always had a knack for creating opportunities and devising innovative solutions.

As evidenced in his extensive community involvement with Kiwanis and years in radio broadcasting, where he did everything from producing shows to writing commercial scripts, Chris’ foward-thinkiing approach has created successful results in just about everything he does. He translated this forward-thinking approach to real estate in 1987, where he has been helping people create opportunities through his energy and creativity. In 2006 Chris earned the prestigious Royal LePage Award of Excellence.

Different from that of her real estate partner’s, Sue’s approach to life and business is one of straightforward dedication and personal care. From family life with her daughters, Christie and Niki, to her volunteer work at a 24-hour crisis telephone line and helping raise funds for women’s shelters, to her extensive organizational management and customer service experience, Sue stays focused on what’s important in any situation and always dedicates herself to the task at hand. It’s no wonder that with such an organized and caring approach, She has been making a difference since 1990 in her real estate career.

Since Chris and Sue joined forces in the early ‘90s, their perfect blend of innovative thinking and unsurpassed care has been helping many people throughout the Durham Region make the most of their buying and selling experiences.
